Each year, we strive to meet the needs of families seeking tuition assistance through a fair and transparent process. Families in need are encouraged to apply for tuition assistance via FACTS, our secure, third-party partner. There is a $42 application fee per family, and the application allows our allocation team to review and distribute awards based on demonstrated financial need. Since financial situations can change, this process is reviewed annually to ensure that we continue to support families in providing a faith-filled, high-quality education for their children.

We offer TWO sources of Tuition Assistance for families:

1. Fulcrum Foundation
The Fulcrum Tuition Assistance Grant Program (TAP) provides support for families with students currently enrolled or applying to any Catholic school in the Archdiocese of Seattle for the upcoming school year. To be eligible, families must apply each year through the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment, with all awards determined based on financial need.

2. Phoenix Tuition Award
Families seeking additional support from St. Thomas More School can also apply through the FACTS Grant and Aid application. Each family’s situation will be reviewed, and awards are granted based on financial need.

• Application Deadline: Applications are accepted year-round.

Please note, only ONE FACTS application is needed per family to be considered for both Fulcrum and Phoenix Tuition Assistance.
